CMC Reunion Weekend

Elsie made her first visit to Claremont, post utero, to celebrate with April and her class at CMC. As expected, she was the star of the show.

No, Elsie hasn't shrunk, Ian just neglected to get these photos up promptly. Elsie's Auntie Nica came up to visit from San Diego almost a month ago (wow time is flying), and she made the third Wooldridge woman to hold Elsie (April and Carolyn being the other two, of course).

Elsie's first big trip out was to Ian's soccer game in Costa Mesa, where she got to see friends and cheer on her daddy! It was her presence that undoubtedly led to Ian's team winning in a penalty kick shootout.

1 MONTH BIRTHDAY!!

Growing at nearly 1 ounce per day, we can hardly call Elsie a pipsqueak anymore. We celebrated with a (somewhat) quiet evening at home and a restful night. June 2nd, here we come!

Visit from Grandma Carolyn

Elsie got to meet her second grandma during her fourth week of life. Grandma Carolyn came down from Seattle to help out the new parents by holding Elsie, cleaning up around the house, treating us to dinner, and providing April with some adult companionship during the day now that Ian is back full time at work.
